Engagement Champions are change agents for the institution.
The objective of an Engagement Champions Network is to have a network of knowledgeable advisors and advocates who support and promote engagement initiatives throughout the institution and to transform engagement practices into everyday workplace culture.
Engagement Champions help leaders, managers, and the institution incorporate subtle shifts in behavior that inspire engagement, foster collaboration, and connect employees more deeply with their supervisors, teams, and the institution.
